Three pollutants in hydraulic torque
Three pollutants in hydraulic torque
The hydraulic wrench is one of the commonly used hydraulic torque wrench kits, as well as the hydraulic torque wrench body and the special pump station for hydraulic torque wrenches. Hydraulic wrenches can be divided into drive type and hollow type, and there are three sources of pollution, external, internal and the system itself. Let's talk about them separately below.
1) Externally invading pollutants: The externally invading pollutants are mainly sand or dust in the atmosphere, which invade the system through the air holes of the hydraulic wrench oil tank, the sealing shaft of the oil cylinder, and the shaft of the pump and motor. Mainly use environmental influences.
2) Internal pollutants: pollutants remaining in hydraulic wrench components during processing, installation, debugging, packaging, storage, transportation and installation;
3) Contaminants in the hydraulic wrench system: particles generated by the wear of the components during the operation of the system, sand particles falling off castings, metal particles falling off pumps, valves and joints, and rust falling off the pipeline. Particles and jelly produced by oil oxidation and differentiation, and even many impurities in the system pipelines that have not been flushed before they are officially put into operation.
